These terms apply to the Langas app and the website langas.online. By using Langas you agree to them.
1. The service
Langas is a language-learning app with lessons, games, leaderboards and social features. We keep improving it, so lessons and features may change over time.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep your device and Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.
3. Free lessons and the full version
- The first lessons are free.
- The full version is a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play. It unlocks every lesson in the course, including units added later, for as long as the course is offered.
- The purchase is linked to your Langas account and works on any phone where you sign in to that account.
- Prices are shown in the app by Google Play, in your local currency, including any taxes Google applies.
4. Refunds
Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play and follow Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the full version is removed from the account again.
5. Behaving well
Display names, photos and messages must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or harmful, and must not impersonate others or include other people's personal data. Don't spam, harass other players, cheat the leaderboard or try to break or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Content
The lessons, audio, pictures, design and the Langas name belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy or resell them.
7. No guarantees
We work hard to keep Langas correct and available, but the service is provided "as is". We can't guarantee it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Ending
You can stop using Langas and delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you in the app or on this page.
